ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING FOR THE YEAR 2009

NOTICE

The Annual General Body Meeting for the year 2009 will be held on 17.07.2009 at 7.00 pm. The venue is IC&SR - IIT Madras. All the members are requested to attend the meeting without fail. The agenda is as follows:

AGENDA

1. Presentation of the report of activities by the Secretary for the year.
2. Presentation of the Audited Statement of Accounts by the Treasurer.
3. Presentation of the budget for the year 2009-2010 by the Treasurer.
4. Election of new office-bearers for the Executive Committee.
5. Discussion on planned activities.
6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

A separate communication calling for nominations to the various posts of office-bearers will be sent in due course. Copies of Audited Statement of Accounts would also be sent to all the members in due course.
